Welcome to my website!

I am an assistant professor of finance at the University of Mississippi. I hold a Ph.D. in Finance from the University of Arizona. My primary research interests are empirical corporate finance, liquidity management, payout policy, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate social responsibility. My works have been published in Management Science, Journal of Financial & Quantitative Analysis, Journal of Banking and Finance, Journal of Corporate Finance, Finance Research Letters, and Journal of Financial Research. I have taught corporate finance, real estate finance, and international financial management at the undergraduate level.
